¢º Bored Pile Working Method
(Benoto Method-All Casing Method & Reverse Circulation Drill Method)
  This method was developed from the basic foundation pile construction need to huge bearing power according to vast construction. This method usually is used to two style method like "All Casing Construction Method" and "Reverse Circulation Drill Construction Method".

¢Æ Benoto Method (All Casing Method)
  This method is that it is excavated to target depth by excavating machine(like Oscillator & Hammer Grab) and input concrete into the casing and make complete circle pile. It is cut soil and soft rock by moving Casing Tube with cutting edge and Casing Tube be injected to the ground. While, with working of Hammer Grab in the Casing, don't break down around Casing tube, can do excavate a hole and make concrete pile. After concreting in Casing tube, because Casing tube will be pull out from ground and the concrete will be spread compete to outer ground from casing tube, the concrete pile is stuck to ground without any gap. And it can be excavated efficient from soft soil to soft rock and gravel ground because of changing to cutting edge of Hammer Grab. Also because this method can't be break down around casing tube ground, especially excellent working in the sea and water, it is much better compare to other method.
 
- Feature and Benefit
A. Because it is using Casing from top and bottom depth, it has not danger to collapse the working pile, it can be work close the existing structures without construction effect to around.
B. It is very high to adapt against any ground condition except hard rock.
C. It can inspect to a geological survey and a geologic formation by on excavating of Hammer Grab
D. It has not happen to collapse on concreting and is good to keep reinforcing rod covering. E. Low noise and vibration method

¢Æ Reverse Circulation Drill Method (R.C.D. Method)
  Reverse Circulation Drill Method is that Large Diameter reverse Circulation Drill machine excavate large pile hole, input iron bar net to the hole and put concrete into the hole and make a pile. The Drill Rod of RCD machine is attached special Roller Bit, it's broken rock by roller bit 360¡Æ and broken rocks are sucked through Drill Rod pipe. And sucked water and broken rock put onto suction tank, suction water-circulation water is put on excavating pile. This is circulation method. This method is easy to work in deep depth pile working. First casing is injected until clay & soil condition ground, from rock condition ground RCD Roller Bit working is started and it can be worked and excavated to hard rock with low noise and vibration. It is usual to work foundation of Big bridge, high building and high way bridge, will be worked with Top-Down method. And this method is worked a huge structures need to big bearing power. This method is used for foundation of bridges, foundation for structures as Top-Down method, deep foundation for structures, foundation up to the bed rock and so on.
